V&A East
Xaymaca joined V&A East’s Youth Collective in 2023 to creatively consult on the new museum in Stratford. He was quickly commissioned to direct a short film about the Youth Collective called Made in East London. The success of the film, which premiered at Beau Beau’s cafe, led to subsequent commissions from the museum. Xaymaca’s Taste of Home film about the Frankfurt Kitchen and his Reasonably Absurd film about Eduardo Paolozzi will be exhibited in the V&A East and Storehouse from 2025 alongside Made in East London.
